This 69 Fastback with 429 sleeper hood, was purchased 25 years ago in Northern Minnesota. At that time the car started & ran but was not drivable in its condition. Since purchase, the original 351 Windsor motor has had a complete high compression rebuild. It was bored .60 and zero decked which makes for one hella fast fastback. *Please note* due to the nature of this motor rebuild, it is cold blooded to start but once it’s warmed up, it runs out perfect. The original points system has been upgraded to an MSD electronic ignition. The three speed automatic transmission was replaced as well. The rear end has been modified to a 4.10 gears with a mini spool positive locker to grab and go. The gears can be changed back to the original 3.00 gears if need. Very little rust, and has been stored indoors. This car is bascally solid. New rubber, and 3” dual exhaust last year! This car runs and drives and is stored most the time. Not all factory gages are operational. Aftermarket gages have been installed. Amps gage, temp, oil pressure. This car doesn’t have passenger side glass. I do have a replacement window that’s not exact for it. The interior, trunk compartment, and motor cabinet has not been detailed. With a little TLC this car could be 100%
