classic with this 1949 Plymouth Suburban. Ok so here's the thing.
Sometimes you find something that is just too cool to pass up and
that is exactly what we have here today. This is a very, very rare
1949 Plymouth Suburban Special Deluxe. I know, ever seen one?
Neither have we. This one is almost all original as far as we can
tell. It has a very nice and quiet running Flat 6 engine and three
speed on the column (3 on the tree). She purrs like a kitten and
cruises down the road very nicely. With a few dents and dings, this
beauty has nothing but pure character. The paint appears to be
original. We sanded the patina and clear coated it to help preserve
the original look. The original roof rack is so cool! Inside, the
original interior is in excellent shape. We did replace the carpet
and headliner. All floor pans have been replaced with new welded in
metal (pictures available upon request) and all glass is in great
shape. I have never seen a cooler car that is more perfect for the
beach or a weekend with the family. This would make for the
ultimate beach buggy. With the patina, roof rack and original look,
you had better be ready to spend a lot of time talking about this
Plymouth. We recently had it at a cruise in and it was a show
