1982 DELOREAN TIME MACHINE Would you like to own one of the most
precise replicas of the Delorean Time Machine from the original
Back To The Future? Well here is your opportunity. This
one-of-a-kind Delorean was built by an award-winning builder in
1985. It comes with so many cool and correct pieces of memorabilia
that it will boggle the mind. From the correct Haz Mat suit down to
the correct JVC camcorder. This Delorean is said to be the first
replica car created after the release of the movie in 1985. The
current owner and builder spent over twenty visits to his local
theater, watching, analyzing, and taking notes on how to make the
most correct replica of the 'Time Machine'. There are hundreds of
aspects of this car that were custom fabricated and implemented
that it is hard to fathom. For example, the original scene when the
Delorean is introduced and it returns from its first journey
through space and time. As it stops and is covered in ice, it
disperses C02 from the rear. To create that scene, they used
canisters that were ran through the car and off to the side. This
Delorean has this entire system built in to it. So no matter where
you go, you're able to disperse about a 15ft scream of C02 behind
you. When in action, it is a sight to marvel and it always brings a
smile. This Delorean is loaded down with subwoofers, two LCD's, and
much more. It has over 2,000 feet of wiring installed on and within
it. It is literally a moving party on four wheels. Because of how
correct and interactive this Delorean is, it was contracted by
Universal Studios in the 80's and 90's for merchandising events and
new releases. It does come with documentation supporting this work.
It has been used for numerous events such as grand openings,
fundraisers, birthdays, and promotions. WARNING: If you don't like
a lot of attention, this is NOT the car for you! No matter where
this Delorean goes, people flock to it. It is fantastic for
merchandising and drawing in a crowd at events.
