Vehicle Description
The C4 manufactured from 1983 through 1996 was a vast departure
from the Duntov inspired C3 offering a new chassis and sleeker,
more modern look but still offering a very evolutionary design.
This was the first Corvette that would have molded plastic
integrated in certain body panels like the bumpers to accompany the
Fiberglass design. And, for the first time since 1957 a single head
light instead of Quad lights would be used. This particular
Corvette has been pretty extensively modified and although we do
not have much paperwork on the car due to circumstances out of our
control, however, the second you turn the key over you know you are
in uncharted waters. The engine appears to be built by Beck Racing
Engines in Phoenix, AZ equipped with a pro-charger, larger pan,
upgraded injection unit etc.... The Vette has also been lowered
with what appears to be a larger brake as well. This thing has a
lot of power from start to finish with excellent handling and
shifting. The interior is in good condition with a upgraded stereo
system....clearly. There is a soft ware that can be programmed from
inside the car and boost control. I have driven the car but not
played around with any of the systems. We welcome any inspections
and or questions regarding this C4. The car was used a couple times
for some track day events and was said to be very competitive
against newer cars.
