Nicknamed "Crusher" this custom 1970 Dodge Dart Swinger underwent a
fresh rotisserie restoration with only 523 show miles since its
completion. Power comes from a performance-built 340ci V8 engine
with a Demon Performance 4-barrel carburetor backed by a
high-performance automatic transmission and a Dana 60 narrowed rear
end with posi-traction. Equipped with Mopar aluminum cylinder
heads, custom aluminum fuel tank, an aluminum radiator, 4-wheel
disc brakes, Six-Pack style air cleaner, ceramic coated headers and
a custom fabricated 3.5-inch exhaust. The paint and body were
completed by Tom Dofur in V2 Code HEMI Orange with a custom big
block wedge hood and a painted gloss black Bumble Bee stripe. The
body was fully customized with mini tub fabrications to host the
massive 31x18x20 Mickey Thompson rear tires on Custom Detroit Speed
Wheels and was lowered with front-to-back custom suspension. The
custom interior features a B&M Custom Pro Shifter with
fabricated floor mounts including emergency brake, AutoMeter
gauges, an aluminum steering column with a custom steering wheel, a
new dash and new carpet.
