Solid driver that can be used as is with a little work or finish the car the way you want. It has had some restoration and new parts. The car starts right up and drives but I would service it with new tires and check the brakes before driving it any distance. The old tires have some cracking/dry rot but hold air. It comes with a new headliner and sail panels that need to be installed. It also comes with a new trunk lock and keys. Connecticut does not title vehicles that are 20 years and older. The car does come with a recent transferable registration and Q1 Assignment of ownership. This is what you need in any state that titles vintage vehicles to get a title.
