Vehicle Description
Collectible Motorcar of Atlanta is extremely proud to offer this
one of a kind 1941 Buick Super Model 56C. This award-winning Buick
Super has been meticulously restored by the acclaimed Doug Seybold
of Westlake, OH with over 3,000 hours of labor totaling over
$200,000. Seybold is most known for having a narrow focus on
1940-41 Buicks, winning dozens of ACAA awards.
To quote Seybold: "Every car we do is either going to be a No. 1
quality car, or it's not going out the door. We make sure
everything we do is to the best possible standards of what a car
could be." (December 2009 Hemmings Classic Car Issue by Daniel
Strohl)
Classic cars of this caliber don't come around often, and we are
super proud to have this piece in our showroom. One of the closest
cars we have had to "concourse", this car is just as clean
underneath as it is on on the outside. Even in the doorjambs, under
the doors, and in the trunk jamb, you will have a very hard time
finding any dirt or any imperfections. She runs just as good as she
looks, but a car like this deserves to be in a collection or at car
shows.
Finished in Sequoia Cream with red leather interior, red-painted
wheels, and chrome hubcaps wrapped in period-correct wide whitewall
tires. Dual carbureted and equipped with the "Fireball" 248CI
Dynaflash straight-8 engine that produced 125 horsepower mated to a
column-shifted 3-speed manual transmission. Additional
undercarriage photos are located at the end of the photo
gallery.
