transmission. During restoration, a replacement body was sourced to
provide a solid foundation. The result was the Platinum Certificate
at the 13th Annual Winter National Classic Chevy International
event in 2005 where this COPO scored 996 points out of 1000.
Finished in code 72 Hugger Orange with code 711 Black Standard
interior. Factory options include a wood grain steering wheel,
center console with gauges, M21 4 speed manual transmission,
pushbutton AM radio, and style trim group. The rear end is the
special BE code unit with heavy-duty 4.10:1 posi-traction. It also
features HD springs, ducted hood, high-performance rear axle, and
front disc brakes. A previous owner has listed part numbers and
date stamps for most major items on the car including the engine
block, manifolds, carburetor, distributor, transmission, rear end
as well as many other parts such as pulleys, brake system pieces,
wheels and glass. Documentation includes the Protect-O-Plate,
