1979 Pontiac Firebird Esprit
A really nice original one-owner car Firebird finished in dark blue with light blue interior. Bought new in Bedford, PA by Myron Street in August of 1979 at Spoerl Pontiac in Cumberland, MD. Only 41k actual miles from new.
Y Code 301 V8 with 2-barrel carb. Power steering, power brakes, automatic, factory AC.
Myron lost his storage about four years ago, so the car sat in a gravel driveway. There is some minor fading in some interior pieces, but overall, the interior is beautiful. We cut and buffed the whole car and the pain came out great. All new fluids, belts, and filters. Brand new tires with 50 miles on them. The original hubcaps were taken off the car on day one and replaced with Cragar SS wheels. We got brand new wheels from Coker and put the like-new original hubcaps back on. Has the original NOS rear spoiler in the trunk that has never been installed.
This car is perfect for touring or showing in the AACA preservation class. All lights and gauges work. Runs and drives 100%! A great original car with a great history and a good clean PA title.
