The slick black style and lowered stance give this 1984 GMC C10 a
sports truck style. And the fuel-injected LS2 V8 upgrade backs this
up with serious power. But more than just muscle, the loaded
interior and overdrive transmission are all part of a total package
for an all-around solid driver.
This pickup lets people know it's a unique machine from the moment
it arrives. The front end borrows the distinct lines from a later
Suburban. It's a brighter and more sophisticated look that goes
well with the big chrome bumper. This refined attitude continues
with the black paint. It's an upgrade later in life that has a good
gloss and cool hot rod style single-stage application. And so it
strikes the right balance of sporty and sophisticated. You see it
in the details, like the cowl hood, single-piece side glass, and
smoothed tailgate with the handle moved inside. And those polished
Budnik 20-inch alloys really bring the whole package together with
a huge shine and an awesome lowered stance.
Open the door to a loaded interior with some cool custom details. A
comfy bench seat, good carpeting, a smooth dash, and a taut
headliner deliver an overall feeling of quality. This is loaded
with the best features, like power windows, tinted glass, and an
upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo with aux input and amplified speakers. And
it's a terrific upgraded driver's set up with a custom sports
steering wheel, a tilt steering column, and a full set of Dakota
Digital readouts.
Under the hood is a GM powerhouse, but it's younger than the
classic small block power. A 6.0-liter LS2 V8 was transplanted from
a final-generation Pontiac GTO. The motor was said to have only
about 24k miles on it, and the odometer reflects since it has been
installed. So this has the right look of a low-mileage build. A
newer addition also means newer supporting components, like the
electric fans and Optima red top battery. This inhales deeply with
a FiTech fuel injection and intake. It's a solid all-around driver
with power steering, power brakes, front discs, modern sport tires,
and a four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive.
This truck has an awesomely sleek style and a terrifically powerful
LS2 V8 heart, but the total appeal is how practical the full
package is. There's even liner paint in the truck bed. So this is
the custom classic that is truly meant to be driven and enjoyed to
the fullest. Call today!!!
