1977 Datsun 280ZX previously restored and modified! An original desert car from Las Vagas with no rust. The drivetrain is equipped with a ’96 Corvette LT4 (8K miles). The power plant is handled with a T5 5-speed transmission and putting power down using a heavy duty Datsun R200 rear end and heavy duty clutch (still user friendly). Exhaust has a nice deep sound through the Sanderson headers (2.5 to 3-inch exhaust) and Flowmaster style muffler. The suspension has been updated with Tokico shocks and lowering springs and finished off with ’82 Z turbo wheels. The underside of the car has also been professionally undercoated to prevent rust. The interior is also very clean with newer carpet and dash cap. The car also comes with additional parts, which include a refurbished wood steering wheel from a ’73 Z and new 280ZX door cards.
Car runs and drives, but has some mechanical issues that I know about. The cooling fan is not currently working and rear tail lights are not working properly. The brake system should also be serviced due to lack of driving. The odometer shows 82,000, but title shows exempt (motor swap).
