EXTERIOR: The absolutely gorgeous Blue Mediterranean Metallic
brightens up in the sun and reflects a very deep metallic gloss.
This coupe is in excellent shape. If you stare at it long enough
you might find a random tiny rock chip on the hood but other than
that this car shows very well. When it comes to style, you're
looking at none other than Pininfarina coach builders design and
this sleek coupe really has a unique look! In the front is
Maserati's established grill with their unmistakable trident
emblem. You'll also find sporty 20" trident spoked silver aluminum
painted wheels wrapped in like new continental extreme contact
performance tires. Behind the wheels are giant drilled and slotted
rotors and Maserati's big brake kit.
INTERIOR: The colors on this car are very well executed. Inside
you'll find Maserati's premium leather interior in Cuoio with
Poltrona Frau leather paired with a blue and tan suede headliner.
The headliner is starting to sag in a couple spots but it is hardly
noticeable. The real wood trim and the door panels in front of the
dash really complete the look as well. There is an unmistakable
pearl shaped clock in the center of the dash. It has a nice
infotainment center screen, dual climate control, and options to
change from sport mode to traction (and even the option to turn
traction control off when you want to have fun). Some of the dash
pieces' rubber coating is wearing off however it does not affect
usage. You can also adjust shifting functionality from auto to
manual. The giant paddle shifters are the same length as the
steering wheel allowing you complete control when driving. There
are also options with 360 parking sensors that show up on the dash
and also beep to warn you when you are getting close to
objects.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Under the hood you'll find a Ferrari built V8
engine pushing a whopping 454 HP. It's mated to a German built 6
speed automatic transmission. Maserati likes to keep it clean and
simple. There are several plastic engine bay covers in the center
and a nice open space displaying only the engine. You'll find
Maserati's unmistakable intake manifolds displayed with their logo
and bright red belt covers.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The trunk is fully carpeted in a matching blue
color, you'll find plenty of service manuals, tire inflator,
battery tender and other miscellaneous Maserati documents stored in
the trunk. The trunk has plenty of space and everything is very
clean and in like new condition.
UNDERSIDE: Underneath you'll find lots of covers to keep engine
components protected from the elements. Everything is clean and
still has factory markings. Part of why Maserati's ride quality is
so smooth is their active damping system that independently adjusts
on all four corners based on terrain and grip, similar to what
Porsche uses! There's also the stainless dual exhaust system with
the best exhaust note in the world!
