Vehicle Description
Finished in a gloss black, this matching-numbers 1953 Dodge Power
Wagon 4-wheel-drive pickup underwent a total frame-off rotisserie
restoration. Powered by the original, restored 230ci inline-6
engine with a 2-speed transfer case located behind a 4-speed manual
transmission. Equipped with a front-mounted date-correct 7500-pound
winch that has 100-feet of 7/16-inch galvanized cable. This pickup
is equipped with many of the upgrade options that were available at
the time, including a Dodge heater, turn lights and armrests.
Additionally, it features new wiring as well as new brake and fuel
lines. The interior is standard Power Wagon fare with the correct
fiber-board headliner, original gauges, instruction plates and
metal floor, however, the bench seat has been upgraded with a
two-tone look as well as custom rubber mats that were cut to fit
the uniquely shaped floors. The bed was also paneled with new
custom red oak milled specifically for this build.
