Vehicle Description
This 2007 Dodge Magnum SRT-8 has an awesome mix of rarity, power,
and distinction. It makes for the kind of car that gives you a
versatile and loaded driver for today, and it will be admired by
Hemi V8 fans for generations to come.
The Magnum has one of the coolest silhouettes around. It's just as
much a fastback as it is a wagon, and that makes for one of the
sportiest grocery-getters since the '57 Nomad. The factory Bright
Silver paint looks to be largely the original application, and it
has a shine that still lives up to its name. In fact, the full
presentation has the right look of a car that has averaged 3k miles
annually. So it has seen less use but still means to be enjoyed.
And you really get this feeling from the features that add to the
sporty style. You have the upgraded full racing stripe decals,
factory black background clear headlights, deeply tinted windows,
bright dual exhaust tips, and upgraded LED tail lights. And while
the factory alloys come with the sale, you have to love the way
these upgraded 20-inch wheels add flair and show off the Brembo
brake package.
The SRT-8 version of the Magnum gives you the best of everything
inside. After all, it's a full-size vehicle with adult-size legroom
in the rear and a wagon-like payload. But the special SRT seats
make this feel like a muscle car. They are leather with suede-like
inserts. They all have excellent bolstering, and the red contrast
stitching is a nice aggressive touch. Your sports steering wheel is
on a tilt/telescoping steering column, and so it's easy to get a
good view of the special SRT white-faced gauges. It's loaded with
all the right features, including power front seats, dual-zone A/C
climate control, power windows, power locks, keyless entry, dual
airbags, cup holders, cruise control, an AM/FM/CD stereo, and a
sunroof. It's mainly stock, but you will find the right details
upgrades like the lighted door sills, rugged rubber floor mats, and
a subwoofer for the stereo.
Under the hood is what makes this Magnum such a great modern
classic. As the top-dog model, this has the 6.1-liter Hemi V8. It
looks clean and well-maintained, and so it makes this
425-horsepower fuel-injected powerhouse a great driver. The
five-speed automatic transmission gives it the right gearing to be
both a fast mover and an overdrive cruiser. You also get a fully
independent suspension for good handling. Add in power steering,
four-wheel power disc brakes, ABS, and sport tires, and this is the
power wagon with an all-around appeal.
You can love this one for its power, style, and features, but you
are also going to find its rarity irresistible. The SRT package was
only offered for three years, and it's believed only about 920 were
produced in 2007. So this one is assured to be a rare treat at just
about any car event for decades to come. That's why you can't miss
this value-priced and low-milage example. Call today!!!
