Great potential here. Sell or trade for a jeep CJ/Wrangler. 1967 ford Fairlane 500xl convertible. Factory 289/at, bucket seat/console shift, AC car. Complete minus the gas tank. Has ps, power top and non power brakes. Body is straight minus one spot behind the rear passenger tire in the bottom section of the quarter. Body lines and door/trunk/ hood gaps are great. Needs a complete floor pan and trunk repair. Motor runs pretty well. No smoke, no lower half knocks, just some lifter clicks but does have a freeze plug leak that'll need addressed. It's in the front of the engine at the pass side head.. Has a new carb on it but needs tuned in. Trans does not engage. Has been sitting a while, may just need a filter. Interior and trim has been removed and it all is here. It has a 70's model 302 and C4 plus a 68 model 289 w small bell housing C4. Power top motor engages and tries to raise the top but struggles. Has a set of wheels n tires with air in em for loading. I have rebuilt the brakes with new shoes, cylinders and springs with rear drums turned and front drums new. I was gonna go ahead n carry it around to have everything done but just wanna move on n get something already on the road instead. Clean, clear NC title in my name. I might do some trading, too.
