This 1989 Ford F-150 XLT Lariat has a fuel-injected V8,
four-on-the-floor, 4x4 utility, plenty of options, and the A/C was
recently serviced to keep it blowing nice and cold. But the real
reason why you love this is because it has the kind of awesomely
aggressive style you've always wanted in a lifted short-bed
pickup.
The big blocky presence of the eight-generation Ford F-Series is
the perfect place to start with this one. It already has a
bulldog-like presence on the streets. And a factory color like Dark
Shadow Blue has intimidation built right into the name. On top of
all this are terrific upgrades that have plenty of function that
also add to the intimidation. It includes the Rough Country
suspension lift, Mickey Thompson beadlock-style circle mags, Maxxis
Razr M/T tires, a front brush guard, bed rails, and an
awesome-looking roll bar. Plus, the lighting is fully upgraded with
crystal clear headlights, and two light bars - one in the front
bull bar and one sitting at the top of this tall truck.
While the exterior is aggressive, the blue interior delivers an XLT
Lariat level of comfort. This has a nice stock style, and good
features like power windows, power locks, and a sliding rear
window. And they made nice investments in the right places. The
bench seat with a folding armrest has a new cover for extra
comfort. The radio is an AM/FM/CD unit with USB and Bluetooth for
the best in driving music. And the air conditioning was recently
serviced to continue blowing nice and cold. The classic Ford
steering wheel has your cruise control buttons, and it gives you a
clear view to the full gauges. And that large tach is particularly
handy with the floor shifter.
Ford's fuel-injected 5.0-liter V8 is a terrific motor. If you're a
true driver, there's no better pairing than the four-speed manual
transmission. Sure, this isn't geared to be a Mustang with a truck
bed, but you really do get full control between power driving and
cruising comfort with this full setup. Also don't forget, unlike a
Mustang, this one can be shifted into four-wheel drive for true
go-anywhere ability. No matter if you're on the street or trail,
you'll appreciate features like power steering, power brakes, and
front disc brakes.
The most impressive part of this F-150 is that the total package is
available at such an affordable price. So you know you have to
hurry if you want this one in your driveway. Call today!!!
