This 2011 Porsche Boxster Spyder is a black-on-black example that
is powered by a mid-mounted 3.4-liter flat-6 engine producing 320hp
and 273 ft/lbs of torque paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.
It features the Sport Chrono package, a lower and firmer suspension
setup than other Boxster models with braking provided by red
Porsche-branded calipers and cross-drilled rotors at each corner,
and a sport exhaust. The Spyder variant of the Boxster features
unique weight-saving measures that include aluminum door panels and
a removable black bikini-style soft-top that stows beneath an
aluminum double-hump rear clamshell. This example is finished in
black with body-color roll bars, white Porsche-script side
graphics, dynamic cornering Bi-Xenon headlights with washers,
quarter panel air intakes and a fixed rear spoiler. The cockpit
features sport bucket seats trimmed in black leather with
perforated inserts along with gloss black trim on the dashboard and
center console. Amenities include red seat belts and door pulls,
the Sound Package Plus, automatic climate control, self-dimming
mirrors, rain-sensing windshield wipers, all-weather floor mats,
and a CDR-30 stereo with Bluetooth connectivity. Carrara White
instrumentation includes a central 8k-tachometer flanked by a
300km/h speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel
level. A Sport Chrono stopwatch with an inset clock is mounted atop
the dashboard. The digital odometer displays 17,197 actual miles.
It's rolling on staggered-width 19-inch wheels wrapped in Pirelli P
Zero tires. The window sticker shows initial delivery to Porsche
Prestige in Saint-Laurent, Quebec, as well as factory colors,
equipment, and a total price of $83,655. Service records and
manufacturer's literature are included in the sale.
