Vehicle Description
This custom 1972 Chevrolet C-10 Resto-Mod is powered by a
professionally built 350ci small-block engine with center bolt
valve covers mated to a 700r4 automatic transmission with
overdrive. Equipped with chrome valve covers, air cleaner, AC
compressor, locking torque convertor with electric switch control,
long style silver ceramic headers, chrome Edelbrock 750 carburetor
with polished intake manifold and serpentine with polished pulleys
and covers. Additionally, it features a new power steering gear and
pump, as well as a new braking system which includes new drilled
and slotted front rotors, specially coated calipers with new pads,
drums and hardware. Other custom work includes a shortened and
balanced drive shaft with HD u-joints, custom aluminum gas tank,
stainless steel battery box and new Centerline chrome 5 spoke
wheels. The frame of the truck after removal was media blasted and
painted as well as all moving parts of the undercarriage. The
exterior sports a new air induction hood, locking fiberglass bed
cover, black spray on bed protection as well as new chrome bumpers,
grille and door handles. The interior of this Resto-Mod includes
all chrome instrument bezel, ashtray, glove box door, vents and
rearview mirror, along with chrome inner door panels, tilt chrome
steering column and one-piece glass eliminating the vent wings.
Finishing up, the interior includes a 60/40 split-bench, cruise
control, power windows and a Dakota digital instrument panel with
blue numbers.
