This custom Factory Five Racing 1935 Ford pickup replica is powered
by a 383ci GM 4-bolt main engine with an Eagle crankshaft backed by
a TREMEC TKO 5-speed transmission. Equipped with Edelbrock aluminum
heads and intake, FiTech fuel injection, COMP Cams hydraulic roller
cam and power steering. The front suspension features unequal
length A-arm control arms with in-board coilover shock suspension,
KONI high-performance nickel-plated rod-end shock absorbers,
adjustable lower control arms and upper tubular control arms with
ball joints. The rear suspension features a Mustang 8.8-inch rear
solid axle, 3-link suspension, coilover kit for KONI dampers,
Factory Five tubular upper and rear lower control arms with
polyurethane bushing as well as a panhard bar and upper link.
Stopping power is provided by Ford Mustang 11-inch front rotors
with twin-piston PBR calipers, master cylinder, stainless braided
brake line and an OEM Ford Mustang emergency brake handle. With a
curb weight of 2,380 lbs. the body features a complete jig-welded
tube frame based on Factory Five '33 Hot Rod chassis, but with a
rear chassis extension for the truck bed and a functional gate as
well as a hand-laid 3/16-inch laminate composite body and panels
made with vinyl ester resin with a stainless steel-lined composite
bed sides and tailgate. While the interior features black vinyl
metal-framed bucket seats, power windows, pleated door panels as
well as a custom Ididit steering column with a Banjo-style steering
wheel with polished aluminum base and center badge. Additional
amenities include a FM/Bluetooth/Sirius radio, Vintage Air system,
