This 1957 Pontiac Star Chief convertible was treated to a complete
frame-off rotisserie restoration which was finished in February of
2022. The car is show-quality throughout and has only test miles
since completion. The body was media blasted then epoxy primed and
finished. The frame and suspension parts were disassembled,
sandblasted and painted before being reassembled. The body features
the original color combination of Raven Black paint with white
accents. Everything on the exterior was restored or replaced
including all the chrome being redone, a new convertible top and
all-new glass with electric windshield washers. The car sits on
Coker whitewall tires with OEM Spinner hubcaps. The all-new
interior was duplicated to exact factory specifications along with
all-new wiring and leather. It's equipped with factory air
conditioning, new power windows, NOS steering wheel, 6-way power
seat, Wonder Bar radio and a power antenna. The engine compartment
is home to the factory rebuilt 347ci V8 Tri-Power engine coupled to
a rebuilt 3-speed Hydramatic transmission. This Star Chief is
equipped with power steering and all-new power brakes, lines,
shocks and springs.
