Vehicle Description
This 1966 Ford Mustang is an awesome custom build that is upgraded
to be a street-eating pony car. With a stout 351 V8, reverse manual
valve body, a performance-ready interior, and a vibrant style, it's
a coupe that gets noticed for its power and poise.
Ford offered plenty of blue shades in this era, but none can
attract eyeballs like this Electric Blue. The upgraded paint has a
good gloss and a nice metallic radiance. You will find a few signs
of it being enjoyed, because after all, that's the heart of what
this car is all about. The deep dark tones give the car a meaner
attitude that's furthered by the lightweight fiberglass cowl hood.
Plus, this now rides on an attractive set of 15-inch polished
American Torq Thrust racing wheels. They have a meaty rear set that
helps show off a very sporty stance, and at the same time, the
polish is a nice complement to the rest of the well-done
brightwork.
The black interior goes well with the deep tones of the exterior.
The seats, headliner, and all other fundamentals have a well-done
look that's quite inviting. And the custom checkered flag graphics
on the dash let you know this Mustang's speedy intentions. The
B&M ratchet shifter with line lock delivers decisive action;
the Grant sports steering wheel feels grippy in your hands; and the
full AutoMeter Pro-Comp Ultra-Lite gauge package gives you the full
performance data. There's even a bright shift light mounted
prominently on the steering column.
The engine bay has a tidy and robust style, right down to the
hammered finish on the Ford Motorsports valve covers. And the
overall clean presentation reminds you there's only about 4k miles
on the total build. This is a 351 cubic-inch V8 built with go-fast
goodies like a Holley dual-feed four-barrel carburetor, a high-rise
intake, and headers feeding the dual exhaust. There are good
supporting components like the aluminum radiator with an electric
fan, steel braided lines, and MSD adjustable timing. And there's
both the fuel cell and battery box (with cutoff) in the trunk for
proper weight distribution and a race-ready style. The C4
three-speed transmission has a reverse manual valve body setup to
give you full control of the V8. This wants to confidently get you
down the blacktop, and that means features like subframe
connectors, traction bars, and four wheel disc brakes!
This is the classic style you love upgraded with a meaner look,
bigger power, and a meaner growl. Call today!!!
