This 2004 Mini Cooper S #848 of 1000 produced to commemorate the
40th anniversary of Paddy Hopkirk 1964 Monte Carlo Rally Victory.
All MC 40's were finished in Chili Red with a White roof over two
tone MC 40 specific Space Red and Panther Black leather interior.
Power is provided by a SuperCharged 1.6-liter inline-four paired
with a six speed manual transmission. Equipment includes MC-40
decals and graphics also magnetic "37" numbering on the doors,
vinyl decals on the hood and (GB) boot badge, xenon head lights,
driving lamps and fog lights, chrome grill and rear hatch handle,
roof spoiler and central dual exhaust outlets. Interior amenities
include air conditioning , power windows and locks a CD stereo
system and aluminum pedals , John Cooper Works carbon fiber dash ,
battery and oil temperature gauges an MC-40 shift knob and a plaque
signed by Paddy Hopkirk Identifying this car as one of 1000 MC-40's
produced. The leather wrapped sport steering wheel fronts
instrumentation including 8K-RPM tachometer and a centrally mounted
