1976 Ford C-8000 Cabover Tilt-Cab Custom Build finished in Red
paint with White accents. This truck originally was used by
Coca-Cola as a delivery hauler pulling a trailer of soda to and
from stores in San Bernardino, California. When it was first sold,
the gentleman that bought this removed the fifth wheel and
installed a Peterbilt Sleeper that you see today. Powered by the
3208 Turbo Caterpillar engine that is paired with an Allison
4-speed automatic transmission. Nicely equipped with power
steering, A/C, twin 75 gallon Mack fuel tanks, reclining bucket
seats, and chrome horns. This truck was restored in 1993 by the
previous owner. Chrome and brightwork in nice shape and shows well
against the red paint. This truck was used often to pull a family
trailer while traveling. Weights were added in the rear to help
with ride comfort with a storage compartment on top. The sleeper
area behind the cab features a sink, place to sleep, and more; see
still pictures. Blue cloth 40/20/40 bench seat interior captains
chairs, overhead A/C unit, and CB radio above as well. Seats and
interior appear to be in good shape. This also comes equipped with
air brakes, check local laws regarding license requirements.
Aftermarket Kenwood stereo installed nicely in the dash as well.
