sale.This example is a Top build nut and bolt frame off
restoration. Beginning with the Body. The complete body was removed
from the chassis for restoration. It was fitted with nearly all new
sheet metal from LMC with all receipts documented. New doors
(pair), new fenders (pair), inner and outer rockers (pair), both
wheel wells inner fenders (pair), a complete brand new GM
Restoration licensed Bed with all new sheet metal and support
braces $5,000.00K invested just in the Bed, Brand new, Tailgate,
new chains and tailgate hinges, Brand new front grill sheet metal
frame, Brand new Radiator support panel, radiator support, and
suspension bushings are brand new, New chrome bumpers front and
rear, New body trims and emblems, and a brand new front windshield.
The paint is a beautiful 2 tone GM Code Bright Blue and White that
shines like glass. Cab, Bed and all panels were removed of the
frame and painted. The complete inside of the Cab was disassembled
and painted. The undercarriage was stripped, painted and sealed
with Raptor professional undercoat treatment. The fire wall, inner
fender panel in the engine bay and Cowl panel were detailed and
painted the white color on the Truck for a show level engine bay.
The Chassis was completely stripped, sealed for rust prevention and
painted. Upgraded IV Gen 4bolt main Big Block bored out to 402
includes Crane rollers rockers, Mild Cam, Brand New 650 CFM with
electric choke Edelbrock Carburetor, Edelbrock performance aluminum
intake, Comp Crane timing Chain, bolted to a set of Brand new
Ceramic Headers and 3" Dual Flowmaster exhaust system. All new
engine accessories including Brand new High Amp Chrome alternator,
High torque Starter, Brand new Water per pump, New Power steering
pump, brand new polished aluminum finned Valve Covers, Brand new
Engine electric harness with guards, and brand new 4 Row Brass Big
Block Radiator. Brand new windshield Wipers Motor, New Wiper
switch, Wiper arms and wiper blades. The transmission is a TH350
with a new 2000 Stall converter, and brand new steel transmission
cooling lines. Completely upgraded to Power Disc Brake system with
new Power Booster, new Master Cylinder, new Lowering spindles, new
Calipers, New Rotors, new proportional valve, all new hoses and
brake steel tubing and the complete parking brake system was
replaced with all new components, all 4 cables are new, new parking
brake handle assembly, and all guides and brackets replaced with
new ones. Upgraded to power steering with a brand new power
steering gear box, power steering pump, new power steering linkage
and all power steering hoses. Complete Heater system restoration,
that includes new heater core, both heater boxes disassembled and
restored with new actuator cables, New Heater wire harness, new Fan
Motor and heater to Cowl seals. Brand new Tires, rear tires are
278/45/20 all around the Truck Brand new US Mag Legend Wheels 20v
9.5. All 4 Brand new KYB Shock Absorbers, a new set of Belltech
lowering springs, all new ball joints steering linkage and
bushings, brand new front and rear Sway bars for improved handling
and performance. Complete trailing arms rebuild with new
Polyurethane Bushings, all new hardware cross bolts, and new
U-bolts. All new interior, new bench seat, door panels, brand new
window regulators and door handles inside and outside, Brand new
fresh air kick panel vent assemblies, New armrests, Carpet, new
Dash Pad, Brand new Door jamb sill plates complete sound deadener
treatment to Cab Floor, new Bosch Gauges, new glove box, new
steering wheel, new instrument gauges Bezel, all new switches
including headlights, Brand new Dome light, wiper switch, and wiper
motor and brand new cab to chassis wiring harness. All new side
marker lights, new signal lights with new lens, headlights and
front grill Bezels. All new weather stripping and new Blaupunkt
Sound system CD/AM;FM/USB with an Alpine V-Power 200 watts
Amplifier. This is a show truck that is absolutely gorgeous.
