Vehicle Description
1964 Ford Falcon. This vehicle has been parked since I believe
2000. It is an unmolested 99% complete piece of art. A Time
capsule. I only know very little information about it I know it has
the 85 horsepower little straight six with a single barrel
carburetor. The tires still hold air surprisingly and it rolls
without any issues but I have not even attempted to check out the
mechanics of it 1. in case I mess something up and 2 it needs to be
done correctly and I believe somebody that wants a lifelong project
and I believe somebody that wants to take the time and energy to
fully restore it would know how all that has to be done. I was
going to keep this for my daughter and let it be her first vehicle
but my finances say otherwise. It has a three on the tree manual
transmission it is a 1964 Ford falcon futura coupe. Any other
information would have to be researched. I just had a locksmith
come make me an ignition and door key. The issues I am aware of
are, other than it hasn't ran in a very long time, is the
floorboards are bad and the only missing Chrome pieces are the
letter F on the hood and the driver's outside mirror lens housing.
Other than that everything is there including the antenna. This
thing is awesome but I do believe somebody can give it the love it
needs and that person isn't me at the moment. I don't want any tire
kickers or b******* scammers. This thing has lasted longer than
most people I know's lives and will last long after we're gone if
it's taken care of. In my research I have determined that my asking
price is fair according to the market and the condition of this
vehicle. The value of this thing is in the eye of the beholder. If
you plan on cutting this thing up or turning it into a drift car or
a drag racing machine that's your own perogative but I'd rather not
hear about it because I would love to see this thing back to its
original condition running driving and turning heads everywhere it
goes.
