Vehicle Description
This 1999 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am is a two-owner T-top modern
classic. It has an impressively sharp presentation of good care,
and it has all the features you want, like a fuel-injected V8, a
performance suspension, and a loaded A/C interior.
Pontiac really had the Trans Am's style dialed in for the final
evolution of the final generation. The front end was the perfect
mix of aggressive sharp-edge points and well-creased style lines.
The profile was sleek with just the right amount of fender flair.
Plus, the rear spoiler is particularly attractive as it slowly
rises from around the rear hatch. This is an actual mileage car,
but the factory Pewter Metallic finish and the whole body show the
kind of care you'd see one even lower mileage cars. That's the
difference of two-owner care. And this level of originality and
preservation is becoming more important every day. This modern
classic is rapidly approaching the quarter-century mark, and when
it becomes eligible for vintage license plates, you want them to
hang with distinction.
The light gray interior is a nice harmonizing color with the pewter
exterior. So while this one doesn't look like it spent a lot of
time with the T-tops out, we bet you'll enjoy this experience
plenty. You'll love slipping into the high-back bucket seat because
it's done in leather and you can power adjust it to the ideal
driving position. Plus, the tilt column, full gauges, and steering
wheel mounted controls make it a great driver's setup. This is
loaded with all the best features like power windows, power locks,
cruise control, keyless entry, and a premium Monsoon AM/FM/CD
stereo with equalizer. And the cold-blowing air conditioning is
terrific for those open-top summer days. Beyond just luxury
features, a modern classic also means modern safety, too. So you
get items like dual airbags and anti-lock brakes.
Under the hood is the correct fuel-injected V8 looking quite stock
and well-maintained. The LS1 was the kind of powerhouse that got
all of us instantly excited from day one. More refined, lighter,
and more powerful than its predecessor, it pushed the T/A well past
the 300 hp barrier. The four-speed automatic transmission is great
for overdrive cruising or quick kick-downs for a performance run.
Plus, there's plenty of control with four-wheel disc brakes, power
steering, BF Goodrich sport tires, and sway bars front & rear.
Complete with the owner's manual, now is the time to act because a
well-preserved Trans Am like this is only getting rarer by the
minute. Call today!!!
