Vehicle Description
You are looking at a super solid 1964 Ford Falcon Futura
Convertible. Nice car with automatic transmission (originally a 3
on the tree car) and a 250 6 cylinder engine. I purchased this
vehicle out of an estate a few months ago. It, along with 2 other
vintage Fords, sat in the garage where they were stored for at
least 30 years. The painter who painted the 3 cars was at the
auction. He said he painted all three of these cars over 30 years
ago and tried to get the owner to let him put them back together.
The owner told him that he would do it himself one day but that day
never came and the cars sat in the garage so close to each other
that you could hardly get around them, never seeing daylight again
until the day of the sale. I purchased this Convertible but was
unable to purchase either of the other vehicles. I sold the car to
a good customer who put it back together. The original 170 engine
was stuck so he bought a 200 engine and transmission from a friend
who was upgrading a Mustang to a V8 car. A complete brake job was
done, new tires were installed, and anything else that was needed
to put it on the road again and now this classic convertible runs
and drives just like you would expect it to. There was not the
first evidence of rust found anywhere on the car. This is possibly
the most rust free Falcon in existence. This is a great driver
quality car ready to go to any car cruise-in in town or just take
that Sunday afternoon cruise around town. I feel that my price of
$15,000 is very realistic for a classic vehicle like this one with
the potential that this vehicle has. We offer a 90 day lay away on
many of our vehicles. Just break the cost of the vehicle into 4
equal payments 30 days apart, and then you can take possession of
the vehicle. If you need long term financing, contact Debbie at
