For Sale: 1967 Ford GT in Hiram, Georgia

Vehicle Description

This 1967 Ford Mustang GT 390 S-Code is located in Bradenton, FL 34211 and offered by a classic car dealer. How rare is it to find a restored 1967 Mustang GT Fastback S-Code 390 cubic inch engine that the current owner states was previously owned by same family since 1983. Real rare. It is a restored GT verified by the VIN number to be an original S-Code 390 engine and also shows it came painted originally in the correct Wimbleton White with the red bucket seat interior. Features 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback S Code 390 cubic inch GT Red Deluxe Interior Real GT not a Clone Power Disc Brakes Four Speed Manual 9" 3.25 limited slip rear 390 cubic inch engine 4 barrel carb Aluminum intake Factory correct air cleaner assembly and chrome valve covers Original S code 4-speed transmission Clean & detailed engine compartment Owned by same family since 1983 New shifter New gas tank New wheels and tires New interior Underneath is spotless New exhaust Mechanical Under the hood is the engine that was the big news for 1967, the optional 390cubic inch V-8 engine. The 390 offered brutal acceleration and thrust the little pony car absolutely into the muscle car realm, largely creating a whole new animal. Ours has been rebuilt and modified and looks meticulous in its clean, detailed, and painted engine compartment and that engine retains the look of factory stock with most of the original parts it came with including the 4-barrel carb, Aluminum intake, factory correct air cleaner assembly, chrome valve covers, as well as the original S code 4-speed transmission. It delivers great acceleration and is shifted thru the floor mounted performance and this Mustang looks fast and is fast too! Interior The red factory twin bucket seat interior looks stunning with its carpeting, matching door panels as well as the back bench seat. It has a wood three-spoke billet sport steering wheel, full factory gauges, center console, accessory gauges, tach, black Ford Mustang floor mats, and a great radio system too. Again, everything has been restored into like new condition and just has to be seen in person. Exterior Our 1967 Mustang has been refinished in its factory born with color Wimbleton White flowing over the hood, factory side scoops, and great fenders, as well as the Mustang emblems, bright metal rocker panel moldings, trim, red side racing stripes, and the iconic rear gas tank cap. The stance looks right with the factory chrome styled wheels and black sidewall performance tires as the Fastback presents exquisitely well and is ready for whatever style of cruising its new owners might choose. These 1967 Mustang Fastbacks boasted a muscular style with a unique touch of exoticism. The Fastback became sharper edged, the trunk deck disappearing into the raking roofline. Conclusion The 1967 Mustang GT Fastback S-Code with the 390 cubic inch engine in it has been restored and upgraded and this has to be one of the nicest ones for sale anywhere in the U.S. Come drive it today. *****************DISCLAIMER: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY****************** All vehicles presented on SelectClassicCars.com are done so with the authority and approval of the seller.
