1978 Chevrolet Corvette Pace Car finished in Black and Silver paint
with Red accents splitting the colors. The paint on this car does
show its age, especially showing some checking in the black areas.
This is a T-top car and the mirrored t-tops and the carrying cases
for them are with the car. The Indy 500 decals are still rolled up
and in the original box, will go along with this car. This came to
us from the second owner and the miles read 32,323 believed to be
original miles. Powered by the NUMBERS MATCHING 350 V8 that is
paired up with a TH350 automatic transmission. Nicely equipped with
power steering, power brakes, am/fm/8-track stereo, power windows,
power locks, and A/C. Technician did note that the A/C compressor
did not turn on.Riding on the stock Corvette wheels with Firestone
Firehawk white letter tires. Flip-up headlights are in working
order as well. Silver leather bucket seat interior with center
console and automatic on the floor. Seats are in nice shape. The
brake light seems to be on when the brake/parking brake is not on.
Wipers, temp gauge, fuel gauge, oil pressure, voltmeter, and blower
fan are are working. Clock is inop. There are a little over 6,500
replica pace cars produced in 1978! A car cover, original owners
manual, and order form will also be included. Stock sounding
