1930 International Fuel/Oil Tanker Truck Re-creation
VIN: 6SFFE1SFEC
The McCormick Harvesting Machine Company and the Deering Harvester Company both started during the 1800s and became key parts of the American farming industry. The two companies merged in 1902, and International Harvester was formed. In 1930, International introduced their new “A” Series Trucks for carrying much heavier loads and moving higher tonnages over long distances. Cab and Chassis were acquired and suited to specific needs with bodies according to the application.
The 1930 International presented at auction is outfitted as a vintage Route 66 Oil and Gas Delivery Truck. The Truck was restored by the previous owner and it still displays well today. The Engine compartment is clean and the interior presents as very utilitarian, free from excess features common in today's trucks.
If you are looking for a centerpiece for your business, a parade vehicle, or a unique addition to your fleet, check out this truck. It drives smooth and fires up easily.
