This 1996 Ford bronco is an Eddie Bauer Edition and is a 1 Owner
vehicle that was used by it's owner as a go between vehicle for his
New Jersey home and his home in Florida. He owned a golf course in
Jersey so when snow flew it went south. It was never exposed to the
East Coast Winters and it shows. This vehicle was maintained
religiously by the Ford dealer in may when it returned New Jersey
and in November when it left for Florida. The body on this Bronco
is in really nice condition and it is very straight and very clean.
The paint looks excellent and colors are Pacific Green Metallic and
Light Saddle. The hood was repainted because of stone chips and
clearcoat. the tailgate was also painted because of damage on the
top from loading things. There are no rust issues with this bronco
and there never have been.
The interior is all original with the exception of a new headliner.
The rest is original and in really nice condition. Even the factory
Leather Seats look great!! The headlights, taillights, brakelights,
and turn signals are all working. The gauges, heat, wiper, heat,
and AC are all working. This truck has power windows and locks
which are all working as well as the power rear window. The horn
and the cruise are inop. This is a really nice stock interior.
Mechanically this Bronco starts easily and runs and drives
wonderful!! The engine is the original 5.0L 302 V8 that runs strong
with no issues or red flags. It appears to be all stock except for
the preventive maintenance done over the years. The transmission is
the E40D Automatic that shifts nice and it is mated to the
electronic shift Borg warner Transfer Case. The 4WD works like it
should. The rear axle is the Ford 8.8 with 3.55 gears and the front
axle is the Dana 44 TTB with 3.55 gears. This is all sitting on a
very nice set of factory rims with newer 31 Inch tires
installed.
