This beautiful Carrera 4S was completed at the factory on August
24, 2007 and was finished with Black exterior paint over a Sand
Beige interior with black accents. Further options included Power
Seat Package, Navigation Module for PCM, BOSE Surround System, 19"
Carrera Sport wheels, Sport Chrono Package Plus, Floor Mats
Interior Color, Self-Dimming Mirrors, Rims and Caps in Exterior
Color. The total MSRP was $102,155.
This is a three-owner car that was sold new by Porsche of San Diego
who also sold it to the third owner as a Certified Pre-Owned
vehicle that was issued an extended warranty that ended on August
3, 2016. This Porsche is in excellent condition throughout and
features all original (factory) paintwork that is in excellent
condition. The beige leather interior is free of stains,
significant wear or discoloration and the infotainment stack
buttons are not worn away like so many other 997s. Major service
items have been tended to over the years including regular oil
changes and a water pump replacement. We had the car inspected on
arrival and found the brake fluid to be excellent shape as was the
coolant. We had the oil changed and have ordered new tires. This is
an excellent opportunity to buy one of the last true driver's 911s
at a sensible price.
