For Sale: 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 in Cross Plains, Tennessee

Vehicle Description

This amazing Mustang Mach 1 comes with its original 428 cu-in "R" code engine, C-6 automatic transmission, and 3:50 rear axle ratio. This Southern California car was built in San Jose and delivered to the Santa Barbara Ford dealership in November of 1968. This documented, extremely low mileage factory candy apple red Mustang was in storage in California for 30 years before receiving a top-tier complete nut and bolt rotisserie restoration. Fewer than 2000 miles have been put on this Mustang since the restoration. As a testament to the car's low mileage, most of the interior is also original. The black clarion knit/vinyl Mach 1 hi back seats, console, and dash are in excellent shape. With "title documentation" this 24,796-mile gem may be one of the lowest actual mile Mach 1s to be found. This car includes the original owner's manual, showroom brochure, and deluxe Marti report. The engine bay and trunk show as new and the underside appear as if it just left the factory. The exterior of this car is near perfect with the paint, body lines, and decal alignment even better than when it came out of the factory. The Marti Report confirms the options which include rim blow steering wheel, tilt, power steering, and power brakes. It is truly one of the best restored original "R" code Mach 1s on the market today.
