The previous owner had it for over 20 years and drove this thing daily. This was his pride and joy that he would have never considered selling. He passed away in 2020, and his wife no longer could keep it. She mentioned that during the recession in 2008 her husband had to choose from either selling his business or selling this MG and he gave up his business. It was always in the garage, and very well serviced. They referred to this car as SUMM TOY (hence the license plate). The exterior is finished in cream with a beautiful blue green interior. A very rare and a highly sought after color combo among MGs. CURRENT The vehicle is beautiful inside and out. The interior of this vehicle is virtually flawless and in great condition. I was told the interior was just done prior to him passing away. The carpet is new, the seats are plush and everything in the interior shows very well. Exterior is in excellent condition. The paint is in very exceptional condition, It is over 20 years old and has some cracking but overall has held up very well. It still appears deep and glossy. This MG has absolutely no real rust anywhere. The body has no bubbling, and the floors are amazing and all original. This is a CA Blue plated car. The wire wheels look great, and the tires are in good shape. It has a NEW Tan TOP, WINDOWS ALL AROUND, AND A FULL COVER. ALL appear new and shown in the video! The car is powered by a 1,250cc inline-four mated to a four-speed manual transmission.Mechanically it runs and drives excellent. This car can be driven daily with no issues. It fires right up in the mornings. The ride is smooth and classy. The motor is very healthy, sounds great and has plenty of power. Transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. It has the usual first gear and reverse noise. All the gages are functional. Heater works properly. Brakes, clutch and suspension in good working order. Clean Title in hand.
