The P1800 series was popularized by the "Saint" television series from 1961-1973, the silver 2+2 driven by Roger Moore has long been a favorite of enthusiasts around the globe. The sleek styling of this example has been enhanced along with the performance aspects during the vehicle's restoration. The original 4 cylinder engine has been replaced with a more powerful and easier to maintain 5.7L GM V8 crate engine. It is mated to an updated 3-speed automatic transmission and a Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection system has been installed. Heavy duty electric cooling fans help keep everything cool during our hot Texas days. For sure stopping power, disc brakes are present on all four corners along with a set of 5-spoke American Racing aluminum wheels mounted on all-season radials. The addition of V8 power begs for a proper V8 rumble, a "deep tone" exhaust system has been installed which exits through the modified rear valence. The contrasting red interior has been completely restored as well, several upgrades including a Dakota Digital analog gauge cluster and a vintage style AM-FM audio system have been installed. This very special P1800E shows less than 800 miles driven since the restoration was completed several years ago. Restoration records accompany this vehicle.
