Estate Phase I in Dark Olive Pearl (Paint Code 421) finish with the
original Graphite Leather and Grey Alcantara interior. Volvo
designed the limited edition T-5R after competing in the BTCC
(British Touring Car Championship) with a race tuned 850 series
estate. When Volvo announced the news it would be racing an estate
for the 1994 season, many thought it was a joke. Although when it
was race time... Volvo's wagon held its own. Over 716,903 Volvo 850
series were built but few quality T-5R examples are still exist.
Volvo only sold 19 Dark Olive Pearl wagons to the United States but
all of them featured an automatic transmissions. We are presenting
a 2.3L (2319 cc) B5234TT5 transverse mounted Straight-5 that puts
traction to the ground through a 5-speed manual transmission. The
turbocharged and intercooled 5 cylinder was capable of 222 hp and
240 lb/ft with Bosch Motronic 4.3 engine management. This wagon has
been properly modified to way surpass the factory output with an
estimated 300+ hp.Factory features include power locks, power
windows, power mirrors, cruise control, traction control, sunroof,
power heated seats, disc brakes, rear wiper, rear defrost, and side
marker lights. The gauge cluster consists of a speedometer,
tachometer, fuel, temp, and boost. From the drivers cockpit you
find the delicate balance of speed, comfort, and safety. An
aftermarket older Kenwood DVD GPS Touchscreen Head Unit, Focal
130VRS 5.25' Speakers, and GAS Alpha 4x100 Amplifier are installed
but currently not tested due to a malfunctioning head unit (the
buttons functions intermittently but it does play music). The AC
Condenser has been removed in favor or a large intercooler!A fine
