In 2007 GM released this special edition corvette to celebrate Ron
Fellows, Arguably the best corvette racing driver. He had won 5
consecutive ALMS Le Mans championships, and even put a few Nascar
wins under his belt. This limited edition Z06's were limited to 399
examples in total. This particular one is #344, it has 20,900 miles
and is in excellent condition. This Ron fellows edition corvette
was owned by Las Vegas Real Estate Multi Millionaire Jim Gregorio.
This corvette is Very well documented and comes with multiple
binders of write ups, documents, and service records. Ron Fellows
even autographed the window sticker, and a hat from his driving
school to keep with the car as memorabilia.
EXTERIOR: The Arctic white paint is in excellent condition. It's in
showroom condition. The Z06 Features that unique wide body style on
both the front fenders and rear quarters. The Ron Fellows Edition
added Chrome z06 wheels to this car, along with the fender stripes,
racing spoiler, arctic white door handles, and windshield banner.
The wheels are gorgeous and in perfect shape with no pitting or
curb rash on the chrome. They are wrapped in Continental extreme
contact tires with great tread.
INTERIOR: Exclusive to the Ron fellows edition is the special Red
and ebony leather interior. Its loaded with options including 2LZ
interior. It has heated seats, head up display, power tilt and
telescopic steering wheel. The Leather trim armrest with crossed
flags logo has Ron fellows signature and car number on the
underside of it. There is a $1750 upgraded cd/dvd with navigation
touch screen stereo. Backing the amazing stereo is the Bose premium
sound system. The interior is in excellent condition all together.
The leather carpet and dash all look and smell like new.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Under the hood is the highly appealing 427 LS7
V8 pushing 505 HP. It has a Dry oil sump system to ensure it will
never have issues with oil starvation. The engine bay is squeaky
clean and looks just as good as it did new. The Engine covers are
corvette red and are also autographed by Ron Fellows as well! That
additional autograph did not come on the standard one from the
factory and was acquired by the original owner meeting Ron fellows.
The engine is mated to the Tremec 6 speed manual transmission.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: the glass rear hatch pops open by remote or a
button on the driver door panel. The carpet is in excellent
condition. There's to compartments covered with flaps. One is an
extra stash compartment, the other holds the battery. There's also
a container that holds the window sticker, binders of documents and
service records. Included is the rear privacy shade that covers the
rear glass to keep your items hidden from outside viewers.
UNDERSIDE: Underneath the car is spotless as well. This car came
from Nevada and it shows. The Z06 has some of the best performance
suspension and handling on the market for its time. It has a 3.42
rear axle ratio, electronic limited rear slip, 4 wheel independent
suspension, there's the stock dual stainless exhaust that has a
Mild 2 Wild controller attached to open the valve up and give it a
more throaty sound. The Z06 also was optioned with oil, trans, and
axle coolers.
