Vehicle Description
One of the most influential automobiles of all time is the Model T.
Built from 1908 through 1927, 15 million cars were produced. 1914
was a big year for Ford Motor Company as out of all the cars in the
world , 50 percent of them were Fords. Henry had also streamlined
the production process down to only 93 minutes to assemble a car.
The next vehicle to surpass the volume and success of the T was the
Volkswagen Beetle in 1972. The price of a brand new Model T was
only $260, making it very affordable to the average working middle
class.
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this incredibly unique 1921
Ford Model T Speedster for sale. With millions of T's produced the
opportunities are endless for building a speedster and we have seen
many come and go through here but this one has several features
that are just plain cool. To start with the car has been lowered by
moving the spring and dropping the engine back(quarter eliptic
front suspension). The frame has been "Z'd" in the rear. The T uses
a Model A steering box and has custom POWER STEERING components.
This boat tail beauty is made of metal and shows exceptionally
well. The car also has over drive! The T is also equipped with
functional horn, headlights, tail lights, blinkers and even brake
lights. This turn key speedster is sure to leave you smiling in the
driver seat. The number 5 in the photos is a magnet and can be
removed easily.
