This 1957 Chevrolet Belair (Vin # vc57f1925942) door hard top sport coupe could be your dream ride, this vehicle is totally customized. It is an extremely solid car that was built up to not only look great but perform as well; with just under 4000 miles since completion it has a long life ahead of it. The body off restoration of this car started in 2014 and completed in 2020 and resulted in a complete rebuild or replacement of all components down to the smallest detail. Included with this car is a detailed book showing the entire rebuild process, original documentation on all customized parts, a stack of receipts for all purchased items, a show sign as well as a car cover. 

Pop the hood open and you will find an engine compartment that looks on par with the rest of this Belair. An LS 5.3 ATK, 385 hp Crate motor with aluminum heads, intake and valve covers as well as a roller cam and rocker rollers and is dressed up with a Polished Aluminum March serpentine pulley kit including a chrome power steering pump and alternator. The intake is a Polished Aluminum Edelbrock Performer RPM manifold, and features a Holly Terminator EFI fuel injection system with a self-learning computer for maximum performance. Headers are CPP ceramic coated with 4” stainless steel turned down tail pipes. An MSD Dyna Force starter insures reliable starting. Cooling is accomplished with a Griffin Cross flow radiator with thermostat controlled Dual Electric Cooling Fans. A GM T-56, 6 speed manual transmission with a custom Floor Shifter has been fitted with a McLeod Dual Hydraulic clutch, .400” thick Steel Flywheel in a Quick Time Bell housing.  The rear wheels are controlled through 1997 Camaro housing cut down to accommodate proper wheel fit. An Eaton Posi 10-bolt differential, 30 Spline axels, rear end geared 4.10:1 for a well-rounded balance of acceleration off the line and highway performance. All 4 wheels are outfitted with disc brakes, featuring chrome Right Stuff Master Cylinder and Booster Assemblies for reliable stopping capabilities. New 15” Cragar Mags wrapped with Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires, topped off with chrome spinners gives all the show and traction you will ever need. A CPP 500 series power steering box provides ease of handling. CPP provided a 29 gal. polished aluminum fuel tank. The entire car wiring was replaced with American Autowire, wire harness and custom fuse panel. A Ladder Link rear suspension system by Competition Engineering, featuring QA1adjustable coil over shocks. The front is also equipped with QA1 coil over shocks providing solid performance.

Inside this 1957 Chevy has a custom upholstered interior featuring Tuck & Rolled seats in blue nylon velvet and gray leather with black lap strap seat belts, a custom matching headliner and gray plush carpet. There's an original/restored steering wheel custom painted, mounted on an IDIDIT tilt column. The sound system is Custom Autosound Radio/CD player with USB drive, featuring one front and duel rear speakers. Tucked under the Dash is a Gen IV Vintage Air, air conditioning for comfort and convenience.  Air comfort is controlled by a new control panel. A new Dash Clock is also installed. The instrument cluster is Classic Instruments, featuring a Tach, oil pressure, Amp meter, gas gage, speedometer/odometer and temperature gage.  Power windows provided by Classic Industries. New 2 speed with delay windshield washer/wiper system by Raingear. The entire car is outfitted with new glass and chrome trim, as well as new Window Fur and Channels. The trunk is custom upholstered, featuring hidden storage compartments, concealing a rear battery. 

The exterior features one tone blue metallic paint cut and polished to perfection for the ultimate shine. All stainless steel has been reconditioned and polished to perfection. Front and rear bumpers and rear tail lights are rechromed. All front chrome and emblems, aluminum side billboard inserts, mirrors and Grill bar & Support are new from Ecklers Classic Chevy. The steel body has new, full rear quarter panels and door skins. Rear wheel wells are Tubed out 2” to accommodate the wide stance tires.
