1928 Ford Radillac Custom Roadster

In a true custom build, this car presented at auction is the skillful assembly of the front end of the popular 1928 Ford Model A Roadster and the back end of a titan 1956 Cadillac. What you have…is the Radillac!
The car sits on a custom chassis assembled specifically for this build. The lowered stance of this cool ride is enhanced by the open chassis up front showing disc brakes. Performance is delivered by a SBC 350 V8 with 4bbl carburetor and mated to a TH350 transmission. Beginning with headers, the custom exhaust features cutouts for that true hotrod sound. Close the cutout for sound control and ride comfort, and the dual exhaust exits the car through the Cadillac rear bumper, just like it did in 1956! The rear end is from a Jeep Grand Cherokee for driving comfort.
One can recognize the cowl and some front end components as being Ford. The Grill was “borrowed” from a Ford Tractor to enhance the unique look of this car. From the cowl/front pillar back, the Cadillac takes hold! The body was narrowed nearly 2 feet while maintaining the distinctive Cadillac look with the fin tail lamps, side body adornment reminiscent of the jet airplanes from the day and the interior dash.
This is a true one of a kind car! It is a favorite at car shows, often garnering twice the attention of it's better known rivals. A sight to behold and a ride to enjoy!
