Get tons of attention wherever I go with it. Volkswagen made these type of buses (baywindow) into production 1970 until 1980 in Germany’s factory and until late 1990’s in Brazil’s factory. They moved production to make room for the newer models first at Germany's Factory. The late production ones had some features that the early buses never came with! The bus did received a restoration a while back. This type of baywindows are one of the nicest driving buses! Has power brakes, front disc brakes! Retractable seat belts, roof rack, side ladder, full set of side curtains and more…great investment or collector piece. This bus is in good condition and very comfortable & fun to drive. The body is straight as an arrow. All doors, trunk are all aligned like they should from factory. Incredible amount of attention, and detail as been placed in this car. Received all new door mounts, new door rubbers, all new chrome pieces, new windows, all new lights, bumpers, handles. Has matching color rims!
The engine is a dual port, 1.5L with dual carburetors setup, mounted to a 4-speed transmission. 12 volt alternator system.
