Vehicle Description
This slick 1958 Chevrolet Apache 3100 pickup has been restored to
be a terrific cruiser. That means upgrades like a stroker V8, a
custom A/C interior, and a sharp two-tone style. And even with all
the upgrades, it never loses that ideal classic attitude - right
down to the desirable big back window. It makes for the kind of
custom truck that you'll love to show off everywhere.
This truck immediately declares that it's something different the
moment it arrives. After all, the red paint on this one has the
kind of gloss of something special. And we especially like the
black lower section separated by a pinstripe for a distinctive
touch. And the real secret here is that the black portion is a
wrap. So it's helping to protect the good sheet metal, and you even
have an easy option of removing the black for a full red truck if
you so desire. No matter how you choose to present this one, you'll
love the custom touches with deleted badging for a smoother style
and lowered stance with 17-inch polished alloys. There are also
nice classic features with the big chrome front end and
ultra-desirable wraparound rear glass. The full package is a
terrific mix of vintage and upgrades, and the best place to see
that showcased is the truck bed. You have terrific-looking real
lumber and also a spun aluminum fuel tank.
The interior is inviting and stylish. It has a thoughtful look with
nice crating, two-tone doors, a smooth dash, and a well-contoured
bench seat. In fact, when you look at the bench, you'll see
contrast stitching in red. It all looks so good that you'll be
happy the big back window lets in more light to showcase it all.
It's got the best details for a comfortable cruiser, like
cold-blowing air conditioning, a movable cup holder console, and a
retro-style AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth. It's a proper driver's
setup, too with a sports steering wheel on a polished tilt column,
auxiliary readouts under the dash, and a large added tach.
The engine bay has been upgraded to solid V8 power. This is a 350
cubic-inch small block that is said to now be enlarged to a 383
stroker motor. It also has a Holley four-barrel carburetor, an
Edelbrock intake, and headers feeding into a dual exhaust and
Flowmaster mufflers. There are nice upgrades for an all-around
cruiser, like an aluminum radiator, an independent end, power
steering, power brakes, front discs, and a three-speed automatic
transmission.
As you look over the whole truck, you're going to see a total
package that is sharply upgraded for style without taking itself so
seriously that you'll be afraid to really drive this Chevy. That's
the kind of custom classic that's perfect for those who want to get
to cars & coffee in the morning and then spend the rest of the day
cruising in A/C comfort. Sounds awesome, right? That's why you know
you need to get your hands on this Apache. Call now!
