Vehicle Description
The Li'l Red Express features an upgraded 360-cubic-inch V8 that
produced 225 horsepower per the factory information, which was
enough to send the truck to 100 mph faster than any other
American-made vehicle in 1978.
It was only available in a bright red and this 1978 Li'l Red
Express is one of only 2,188 produced for the 1978 model year.
The odometer shows 32,681 miles but true mileage is unknown. It is
optioned with power steering and power brakes with front discs.
This one does not have an inlaid wood bed and it was this way when
we got it.
