to Mr Donald Fishel.. Mrs Fishel sold the car to a Mr Boland also of Cedar Rapids Iowa in 1990. He sold the car in 1993 with 3450 miles.. This 100% original 1963 Buick has spent the last 39 years in personal collections / museums... We acquired this awesome, low mile time capsule from a prestigious north east museum where it has been on display. We have complete owner history to this very day... Today this Buick has 4965 Actual / Titled / Documented miles....
