This 1990 Ford F-250 Supercab is a XLT Lariat and it is a really
clean and low mileage truck that spent its life in California. The
last owner has owned this truck for the last 20 years or so and
really has taken care of it and maintained it religiously. It comes
with a folder full of receipts. The body on this truck is
excellent. As stated before, it is very clean and straight. This
truck was originally blue, but the clearcoat started to peel so he
had the truck painted in its current color of Charcoal Gray. This
was done some years ago and the paint still looks great! The
underside is also very clean as you would expect from a California
vehicle. It also has a nice matching topper.
The interior is very clean and in excellent condition. The seat was
replaced with a more comfortable aftermarket one and fits the truck
well. Everything else appears to be stock and original and is in
excellent shape. The headlights, taillights, brake lights and turn
signals are working. All of the gauges work and the horn, wipers,
heat, and cruise control are working. Both power windows work well
and this truck has power locks, but the passenger lock only works
manually. This truck also has working AC.
Mechanically this truck runs and drives very very nice. The engine
is the original 7.5L 460 V8 that runs strong with no issues that we
could find. It appears stock, but does have some nice 3 Inch custom
exhaust that sounds great!! The transmission is the E40D Automatic
that shifts nice and it is mated to the Borg Warner Manual Transfer
Case. The 4WD works like it should. The rear axle is a Ford 10.25
with 3.55 gears and a Limited Slip. The front axle is a Dana 44 TTB
with 3.55 gears. This truck also has a newer set of Aluminum Rims
with newer set of All Terrain Tires. It recently had a new set of
Rancho 9000 shocks installed as well.
