This 1990 Chevrolet C1500 has an upgraded style that makes this
pickup remind you of the classic muscle cars. There's even the
upgraded V8 under the hood to back it all up. And you get to enjoy
the full cruiser/bruiser experience from a comfy loaded
interior.
The two-tone blue has a timeless sense of cool. A bright metallic
element and wraparound pinstriping are all part of a detailed
package made to impress. Bright chrome bumpers, a soft tonneau,
dual exhaust tips, and a flush rear pan help make it distinct in
the details. Plus, this pickup has plenty of cool classic Chevy
style with details like the Heartbeat motto on the rear fenders and
polished alloys that look like Rally wheels. And we love the power
dome hood with classic Cowl Induction lettering. And the suspension
gives you the right muscle car/truck forward-leaning stance with
newer lowering springs and shocks in the front and newer shocks in
the rear. But as good as this looks, this makes sure to still be a
pickup you can use. So nothing is ever too fancy to drive, and
there's even liner paint in the bed for weekend chores.
The sea of blue continues inside with a nice look to the smooth
dash, plush carpeting, and the classic corduroy-like velour. This
is a loaded Silverado, and that means tons of great factory
features. You have power windows, power locks, a tilt steering
column, and the air conditioning now running R134a refrigerant. The
custom center console gives you a nice upgraded package that
includes cup holders, a power outlet, upgraded speakers, and a nice
way to frame the upgraded double-din AM/FM stereo with USB and
Bluetooth.
Under the hood is a bold-looking 383 cubic-inch stroker V8. So the
engine bay takes a page out of the old-school Chevy power playbook,
but it does it with a fresher crate motor. And this one has all the
right go-fast goodies like aluminum heads, an upgraded intake, and
topped with a Demon four-barrel carburetor. And those headers add
power and rumble to the dual exhaust. So while it's unknown if the
odometer reflects the actual mileage, this motor is a fresher
addition that really makes sure this is one powerful pickup. The
700R4 four-speed automatic transmission is known for its stout
construction to handle big power, and at the same time, it can
smoothly shift all the way into overdrive. Power steering, power
brakes, front discs, and wide modern tires complete a package that
makes this muscle truck a fun all-around cruiser.
This is a fun truck upgraded with a cool style and serious power.
