classic, this 1978 Fiat 124 Spider. The 124 was designed by world
renown Italian coach builder, Pininfarina. This sporty little
convertible debuted in 1966 at the Turin Auto Show and was made
available to the European and US market. The cars were small but
very capable sports cars that were fun to drive. The interiors were
roomy and well appointed compared to other cars in its class, and
the Pininfarina body design would prove timeless.
The Spider offered here has been owned by its current owner for the
last 4 years. It was given a new interior consisting of a black and
red two tone that shows very well. A new top was also installed at
this time. It is powered by its spunky 1.8 liter dual over head cam
engine, 5 speed manual transmission and rear wheel drive. The car
comes with over $9,000 in receipts that was spent bringing the car
up to par mechanically and is ready for the open road.
Fiat 124 Spiders are fun reliable cars that are quite easy to own.
