Here is an extraordinary 1941 Willys Custom 3-window show truck.
This beauty brings a lot of attention anywhere she debuts.
Envisioned as a hot rod loaded with styling cues from concept.
Completely hand-built frame to highlighted 351W is design to
function and be a "Wild Show Stopper!"
The Willys fiberglass cab has been extended to give more legroom.
The steel bed is done in an attractive wood including the inlay on
the outside of bed. The wood theme brings this Willys to a whole
new level.
The House of Kolor Tangelo Pearl paint in the sunlight takes on a
life of its own. The metallic hues show off every curve of this
beautiful Willys. The fenders and front end have been treated with
"Invisible Shield" by Sierra Invisible Shield. Never have to worry
about a rock chip again. The wood style flames and Willys are all
airbrushed.... Stunning. Custom award winning leather interior was
done by Steve's Custom Upholstery. Keyless entry (key fob) with a
push button outside door switch. A must have is the power windows,
but this Willys also has AC to keep the cruising cool! VDO gauges
include fuel, water, oil, MPH, tach with the classic black face and
white numbers all in a custom chrome dash plate. Let's not forget
the tilt steering wheel.
Ford Mustang II front end with rack & pinion power steering. The
power steering pump by Summit Racing #AAZ-20-7238 with Wolf
machined pulley kit is a work of art. Front disc brakes and
calipers by Summit (A148-1), and rear drum brakes means this beauty
can stop on a dime.
The frame started life from a '49 Willys Jeep. The frame has been
boxed and reinforced supports for engine, transmission, and rear
end. Every step of the build was planned out even the openings for
the side pipes throw the frame. The frame has been powder coated in
gun metal grey.
