1979 Datsun (Nissan) 280ZX in the rare Black and Gold Edition. This
280ZX is an even more special one, with the odometer reading 77,365
miles. This car has lived most of its life in the dry climate of
Arizona, and the underside of the car proves that with little to no
rust at all. Just by looking at the condition, it is very easy to
tell that this car has been garage kept and treated with the utmost
respect during its life. The consignor states that this vehicle is
in highly original condition, and is a great example of an
unrestored survivor car. Open the door and you will find a
beautiful three tone interior with brown, gold and dark brown
lining the dash and seats. The strong 2.8L inline 6-cylinder is
backed by the factory 5 speed manual transmission that sits snuggly
between the front seats. The Black and Gold Edition boasted the
unique colorway including black paint with a gold stripe, gold and
silver alloy wheels with period correct white lettered wheels, and
matching interior.
Although Nissan did not purchase Datsun until the early 1980s, this
car is titled as a Nissan. This survivor car has held up well
against the inevitable test of time, and the condition of the car
shows no major wear and tear. Some features that are included in
this piece of history are cruise control, power windows, power
