18,500 original miles, Reliably built up to take to the track on a
weekend and drive it home on the streets with no issues! This
beautiful GTO is becoming harder and harder to find in a low
mileage excellent condition example. This GTO has a lot of great
aftermarket parts that do not take away from the drivability as a
daily driver vehicle!
EXTERIOR: Finished in the harder to find Impulse blue color, The
paint is in Excellent shape, It has rare optioned SAP grill inserts
from the factory, the headlights are HID, and the fog lights have a
super bright led light in them. The GTO banner was also a dealer
installed option. The rear SAP bumper and SAP wing are also rare
options that you don't find too often on these GTO's. The stock 17"
wheels are finished in silver and in great shape. The tires were
replaced within the last 2,000 miles. They are Nitto 555r
performance tires, giving you plenty of hook for all the power
being put down to the wheels!
INTERIOR: This GTO has black leather interior and is in great
condition, It has Power bucket seats, tilt and telescopic wheel, 6
disc cd changer, driver info center, and more comfort features.
There's also controls for the air compressor and tank that's in the
trunk. The switches allow you to raise and lower the drag bags in
the rear shocks of the car. Being able to stiffen the rear
suspension will greatly reduce wheel hop when taking off. To air
the bags up you push the red Button on the side of the hurst ball
shifter. On top of the dash is a dual gauge pod that has the GTO
oil pressure and air pressure gauges. The only minor imperfection
in the interior is the headliner slightly sags in a couple
spots.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Under the hood you'll find the 6.0L V8 that's
been upgraded to a reliable street-able monster! It has Patriot
stage 3 aluminum 243 heads with dual coiled valve springs, solid 1
piece valves, A very healthy Comp cam giving this a monster lope
that doesn't affect drivability. It also has a FAST 102mm Intake
manifold, FAST high flow fuel rails, SP high flow oil pump, SP
double roller timing chain, K&N cold air intake. The engine is
Mated to the Tremec 6 Spd manual transmission with a Spec 3 racing
clutch and lightweight flywheel.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Inside the trunk compartment, the carpet has
been removed from the pan as well as the spare tire. Inside the
spare tire well you'll find a nicely mounted up air compressor, air
tank, and amp for the drag bags. Everything has been neatly
fastened down including the wiring. There's also a spare tire chuck
you can hook up to the tank and fill your tires up manually on the
go!
UNDERSIDE: Underneath the car is in fantastic shape, everything
very clean with lightly driven miles. The suspension has been
upgraded with lots of new components including upgraded radius
rods, a DSS solid 1piece aluminum driveshaft, Rear air drag bags
with coil springs, a built rear end with 391 Australian rear gears.
The exhaust is pacesetter ceramic coated long tube headers merged
into catless mid pipes, x pipe, to the stock tail pipes. The GTO
sits on 4 wheel independent suspension, and limited slip giving you
precise traction at all times.
